Ending the relationship
You can stop working with The Payment Doctor at any time. There is no long-term contract with us and no penalty from us for switching processors or ending the relationship.
Your processing account
Your payment processing account is with our partner processor under your own processing agreement. Fees, holds, and any refund of processing charges are governed by that agreement, not by this page. Contact your processor directly for questions about a specific charge or hold on your account.
Equipment and gateway fees
The Payment Doctor bills some fees directly: payment gateway fees, and fees for point-of-sale systems, card terminals, and similar equipment. These fees are non-refundable once charged.
